So Builder . ai Mechanical Turked things and Microsoft (and others) were none the wiser.
Due diligence: boring stuff that when you skip it with catch up with you fast.
“Builder . ai’s platform relied on around 700 engineers based in India who manually wrote code based on customer requests. Despite the company marketing it as AI-generated, most of the work was done by humans behind the scenes.”

Mainstream social media apps spy on you. This isn't even the first such revelation. All social nedia works just fine in your web browser, which defeats a lot of those shenanigans.
If you really want a separate app, consider a second web browser. Also, Mastodon apps should be fine (but be careful with the less popular ones).

The Mevcury News - May 12, when Raquedan-Retuta staggered into her aunt’s room and collapsed on the bed following a gunshot. Ray came in behind her. The family had stationary cameras on inside the home that captured what happened next, authorities said. “She got shot,” Ray reportedly told Raquedan- Retuta’s aunt, who promptly jumped off the bed and began screaming for help, slapping Ray on the back on her way out. Two others in the home called police, while Raquedan-Retuta’s aunt demanded to kn…
Ray simply responded, “nobody cares,” according to police. Deputies found a Glock 17 9mm semi-automatic pistol inside the bedroom, along with a spent cartridge. The gun had no magazine inside but was equipped with a tactical strobe light, authorities said.

There was another thing noteworthy about the pistol: It had been reported stolen in Decatur, Georgia, back in 2013. Somehow, the pistol made its way to the Bay Area, where a high schooler purchased it from someone who hasn't yet been publicl…

"In Boston, between 1709 and 1713, townspeople protested vigorously and then took extralegal action when Andrew Belcher, a wealthy merchant, refused to stop exporting grain during a bread shortage in the city...he chose to export grain to the Caribbean, at a handsome profit, rather than sell it for a smaller profit to hungry townspeople, his ships were attacked and his warehouses emptied by an angry crowd...Bostonians of meagre means learned that through concerted action, the powerless could become powerful, if only for the moment. Wealthy merchants who would not listen to pleas from the community could be forced through collective action to subordinate profits to the public need."
