Startup down rounds are at a 10 year high, according to PitchBook data
PitchBook data revealed that 15.9% of venture-backed deals in 2025 to date have been down rounds, marking a decade high.

Well, it's not quite 11:00 and we've already completed the section of rendering we planned for today. That feels good.
