Pretty sure my experience of having spent the better part of 25 years asking technology questions on Freenode and getting a spectrum of answers anywhere from Really-Helpful to “You don’t want to do the thing you asked for” unintentionally prepared me for navigating the minefield of AI chat “answers” which are also a spectrum of outright lies to sometimes-leads-me-down-a-useful-path.

People keep saying this and I remain mystified. It’s like I live in some different world.
Sure, getting a file to/from someone else is usually going to involve more faffing about but it’s still not likely going via email, and if all I need is to get it from one of my devices to another, that’s just trivial and *never* involves email.
Maybe a Windows or Android thing? Does Windows still not have built-in scp/sftp? Does Android not do SMB or DAV? Is it a skill issue?

after guess 4, I'd eliminated 16 letters and knew 2 of the remaining 10 were in the word. I thought of 2 words that fit, 1st didn't work as 5th guess, 2nd was the answer as 6th guess.
