This week has been incredibly challenging, but sometimes with people who refuse to accept disagreement, there's only so much you can do.
If you're interested in learning more about anarcho-syndicalism, I’ve curated some excellent articles on my Linktree, mostly in Norwegian, but also some in English.
I’m planning to update it soon with more reliable sources beyond just blog posts.
Anyway, I'm not mad, just really exhausted.
You can critique Sorel as much as I do, I just wanted to include "Sorel: Reflections on Violence" in my collection of syndicalist works, so now I bought it.

If you disagree, I respect that, but I am personally a victim of this kind of dictionary manipulation and distortion. It is deeply frustrating to see definitions twisted and weaponized against me, and the true meaning of syndicalism, as if bending language could erase its real principles and goals. This kind of intellectual dishonesty is not only misleading but also personally disempowering for those of us who stand for genuine social change.
I advocate for the collectivization of land…

Rudolf Rocker described anarcho-syndicalism as an economy rooted in local, autonomous unions, workers themselves organizing and coordinating production cooperatively, without bosses or capitalists.

Just because the educational work of Anarcho-Syndicalists is directed toward the development of independent thought and action, they are outspoken opponents of all centralising tendencies which are so characteristic of most of the present labour parties.
Centralism, that artificial scheme which operates from the top towards the bottom and turns over the affairs of administration to a small minority, is always attended by barren official routine; it crushes individual conviction, kills …

From what I have read and continue to study, the transitional phase in anarcho-syndicalism involves the organized syndicates and unions acting as the foundational organs for the new society. These unions are democratically structured and federated at local, regional, national, and international levels. During the transition, they engage in direct action such as strikes and boycotts to challenge capitalist control, while simultaneously building the capacity for worker self-management.

It’s not that I’m mad, it’s just frustrating when people tell me that everything I’ve read about anarchism is a lie and that what I believe isn’t real.

I couldn’t find a clear guide, so I put together my own “Entry to Left-Wing Anarchist Reading.”

Syndicalist unions are fundamentally different from the bureaucratic trade unions that dominate today. Modern unions function as institutional frameworks that negotiate within capitalism, often acting to preserve the system rather than challenge it. They centralize power in hierarchical leadership, limit direct worker control, and prioritize legal contracts and state approval over genuine worker autonomy.
Syndicalism rejects this institutionalized framework. It refuses collective barga…

This post will cost me a few followers, but it’ll also see new ones, because I’m done hiding how I truly see life, and why anarcho-syndicalism gives me real meaning.
Anarcho-syndicalism is the belief that workers, as the fundamental producers of social value, must seize control of the means of production through direct action and autonomous organization. It rejects both capitalist private ownership and state-controlled systems, arguing instead for a decentralized federation of worker-managed industries. From my perspective, anarcho-syndicalism is not merely an economic strategy but a revolutionary theory of social transformation, one that places the work…
Syndicalism is the idea that workers should organize themselves into unions within their industries and use those unions to take control of workplaces, so workers—not bosses or shareholders—run things directly and democratically.
Think of it like everyone at your job working together to decide how things are made, what gets done, and how profits are shared, rather than having one boss making all the choices and getting the biggest share.
On my Linktree, I’ve kept the link to @…, and the video on revolutionary syndicalism, and thus have moved all my recommended reading to my new document titled "Entry to Left-Wing Anarchist Reading".

I have long lived by the principles of community, voluntary cooperation, and decentralized member-driven governance. Before knowing the term anarcho-syndicalism, I often imagined unions as truly democratic organizations, where delegates are elected and revocable at any moment, rooted in direct workers’ self-management and direct participation in controlling economic and social life, independent from both state authority and capitalist ownership.

I hold that genuine freedom can only be realized through the direct self-management of labor and the collective organization of social life by those engaged in it. No political vanguard, governmental apparatus, or capitalist hierarchy can provide emancipation, it must emerge from the autonomous initiative of workers acting in solidarity, constructing federations of production and community based on voluntary association and mutual responsibility.
For me, anarcho-syndicalism represents …
