A stretch of undeveloped California coastline on the border of Marin and Sonoma counties has officially opened to the public for the first time in a century.
Set on the coast just south of Bodega Bay and west of Valley Ford, the "Estero Americano Coast Preserve" is a 547-acre expanse at the mouth of the Estero Americano estuary.
The property is managed by the Wildlands Conservancy,
