Let $π$ and $π'$ be cuspidal automorphic representations of $\mathrm{GL}(n)$ and $\mathrm{GL}(n')$ with unitary central characters. We establish a new zero-free region for all $\mathrm{GL}(1)$-twists of the Rankin-Selberg $L$-function $L(s,π\timesπ')$, generalizing Tatuzawa's refinement of Siegel's work on Dirichlet $L$-functions. We present a comprehensive study of Higgs boson production associated with a neutrino pair at $e^+e^-$ colliders ($e^+ e^- \to h \, ν\barν$) at the next-to-leading-order accuracy in both the Standard Model and the two-Higgs-doublet model. We introduce a nonlinear extension of the joint spectral radius (JSR) for switched discrete-time dynamical systems governed by sub-homogeneous and order-preserving maps acting on cones. We show that this nonlinear JSR characterizes both the asymptotic stability of the system and the divergence or convergence rate of trajectories originating from different points within the cone. We present optical/UV photometric and spectroscopic observations, as well as X-ray and radio follow-up, of the extraordinary event AT2019cmw.
