Companies are monitoring workers not just for productivity but for agreeability.

I am sure that most of us hate telephone call tree systems - such as customer support.
And I hate the "Our options have changed..." nonsense.
But what really triggers me is the fake typing noises - as if there were a human at the other end using a keyboard. It would take a moron negative IQ - a trump - to fall for that. But it takes a cosmic level moron who puts such inane sounds into a customer support system.
