Key date is approaching for Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act
"Back in Washington, the Executive Officer for the Joint Staff refuses to convey additional orders continuing martial law from the White House — and further notifies the forces that illegal orders have been issued, and that the president has acted ultra vires (i.e. “beyond his authority”) to his constitutional executive powers by issuing unlawful orders. He then proceeds to the White House with the Provost Marshal of the Military District of Washington, accompanied by a number of MPs, where they arrest the president and the vice president for violating their oaths of office."

Grand Theft Auto Vice City: completed!
It turns out that pootling around finishing up side missions was actually the right thing to do. I started by finishing up the taxi and ice cream van missions, unlocking the regular payments from them, then I headed for the golf club to see if there was anything more to do there. It turns out that there wasn't, but I jumped in a boat and found myself on Prawn Island where there was a film studio in need of some tender care.

Watching Trump and Musk turn off the NOAA data centres, threatening irreplaceable archives of weather and climate data and analyses. Remembering when Stephen Harper’s government shut down a bunch of government libraries and archives, including literally throwing irreplaceable records in the trash.

"This is how Lotus was born: as a company featuring unprecedented benefits for their employees, fostering a culture of radical diversity and inclusion, cleverly mixing dashes of 1960s counterculture with the latest 1980s technology.
Two major names stand out in the creation of this culture: first, Janet Axelrod, who passed away in 2021, and who brought her experience at Digital Equipment Corporation in the areas of diversity and inclusion. Second, Freada Kapor Klein."
