I spent nearly $4,000 on a new bed tonight, and I’m more than a little annoyed by the fact that my out the door cost was 20% more than I was expecting to pay. The pricing model is predatory. I’m half tempted to cancel it. Yet I still need a new bed and I doubt I will find something similar for less. It just sucks to spend so much money and have a bad taste in your mouth before you’ve walked out the front door.

Finally all done, bar one little patch that needs a quick dab with the paint pad on the long handle. I can't undo it atm to extend it, just waiting for the strong arm of @… to undo it for me 😄 One before, two afters. Payment is a Chinese takeaway tonight 🍜 #DIY

Stairwell with horizontal white slats, oatmeal carpet and grey-lilac paint covered in lots of blobs of polyfilla. Two cats just visible. This is Before.
The same stairwell sans chats and now painted mangolia. Yes I do know that's not how you spell it but let me have my fun. The awkward patch is right at the top of that big wall.
The landing, looking the other way, painted mangolia. Pretty plain and unexciting but now much brighter and not scruffy any more. A large art deco style mirror hangs on the wall.

Well, the release went in without any issues. On Monday a quick check with the client and if no problems then an email to everyone. Thanking the developers and testers for doing a good job.
Then for me to update the status report and put a copy in the next working group meeting folder for management to review.
Say what you will do.
