Yesterday, yt-dlp started failing when downloading and automatically extracting audio to mp3.
sudo pacman -Syu
yt-dlp updated and working again. Arch is awesome. It took less than 24 hours to get the program update.
By the way, Google: screw you and your updates to "improve" YT.

I despise ad-filled barely-functional youtube downloader websites (and we don't talk about the literal malware or paid software).
Learning how to use yt-dlp from the command line has literally changed my life.
