Hello! Does anyone happen to have its own #synology NAS running for files on Zotero and synchronize the files with WebDAV? I found instructions, but on the local network, i.e., without connecting the NAS to the internet, I can't get it to work with https, only with http.

This ( https://github.com/Juris-M/zotero-odf-scan-plugin/issues/60) makes me unreasonably happy. A plugin for Zotero that I really need, that was stuck at v6, has been updated to work with v7 and v8.

Such an amazing effort by @… to compile #Zotero from source in :nixos: nixpkgs. This will make it possible to easily try out Zotero patches or even make your own version with custom changes. Power of Nix! 💪

I have spent way too much time to build Zotero from source. The only other Linux distribution doing that is Alpine Linux (build files). Todo: Fix the git hashes. We unfortunately need fetchSubmodu...

So… talk to me about #Zotero … How do you use it? WHY do you use it versus other tools? What do you like most?
I realize I am maybe 15 or 20 years late to the Zotero party, but 3 things have me interested now:
- I’m taking on a project at work that involves a good amount of research
- I have some ideas for papers and maybe a book that would benefit from more structured organizatio…

The fact that I can read epubs with #zotero is a real game changer.

Hatte ewig keine "echte" Kreditkarte. Eine der ersten Anschaffungen damit? Das 2GB-Upgrade für Zotero. 😂
