Tonight in the other direction I found a cream-colored juveline cat was so cute but by the time I get the camera set up I was only able to get a photo of this black juvenile cat it was travelling with

This weekend I went out past Newark Valley to Oakley Corners State Forest which has two fair sized ponds -- this one has an island in it

Another flowering tree I took on the same day -- some kind of 𝑃𝑟𝑢𝑛𝑢𝑠 aka sakura -- I found out they use the character 桜 for this in Japan but the different character 樱 in China although both have the same 木 on the left which means "tree"

My first shot with the Laowa 9mm/F5.6 W-Dreamer which is a rectilinear fisheye lens that leaves straight lines more or less straight -- here's a Cayuga Medical Center facility that has a gym, sports med doc, physical therapist and weight loss clinic right by the inlet

A 7 story or so broad building had brown bricks at the the top and a sign that reads THE STUDENT AGENCY BUILDING, below that the front has a glass facade that reflects a sky with clouds and towards your right, a red brick facade. In front find a Hertz rental van, a garden of brownish green (color graded) foliage and a road. Above: a subdued (color graded) blue sky with a few clouds, Behind: other buildings a little less tall and some parked cars.

If you go to a bigger running event you see a lot of people at the finish line who look really "run down" but at smaller events you get runners who are experienced and irrepressible even when it comes to heavy rain and steep hills

I took this #photo when I thought that I'd be almost there. - Because I had mostly looked about the elevation. But as you might see on the photo, the way flattens a bit towards the summit.
Well, it was a great trail - it just took longer then I assumed.

Researching this flower I found out that Cosmos are not asters (a genus) but they are in the family 𝐴𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑒𝑎𝑒 together with asters, daisies and other composites

Zinnias are another favorite of mine that I'm stocking up on, the best thing about these is they come in such a wide range of colors and gradients of color

Zinnia flower is a great big flattened globe of petals ranging from orange-red at the very top to just plain orange at the bottom, a bit of a damaged yellow flower can be seen underneath it, behind it all are patches of green (I think) foliage and brown (I think) earth.
