Uff, im Gesetzesentwurf zum Bundesgesetz über das Verbot des öffentlichen Verwendens von nationalsozialistischen Symbolen (VNSG) ist eine Bestimmung, welche die Asatru und Kelten-Anhänger rettet.

I'm just SOOOO happy that I was out and about last weekend. Today it's rainy and cold and the snow line dropped again. It could indeed be that this photo would now be covered in snow.
But last week, it was just a nice walk up there.

On my walk this weekend I went past this abandoned mansion, built by a Victorian stockbroker in the 1860s. You can barely see it from the track but the whole place is falling into ruin. But as I walked past, I could hear the calls of peacocks. Presumably now wild, and it made me think post apocalyptic thoughts. #ruins #walking

During our vacation recently, I tried to practice more foreground and composition for .. not for documenting our vacation, but to capture more a feeling that I had at this moment.
This is one of the photos. Here it felt "better" to me to set the focus to the red poppies because at this moment, they just drew more attention as we were walking towards the gate.

Zu EU-Kommission und Geschwindigkeitskontrolle:
Wieso produziert man eigentlich noch Autos, welche ab Werk >130 km/h fahren können? Ausser in Deutschland darf man doch nirgendwo schneller fahren. Alle schwächer und günstiger machen. Dann einfach noch eine Deutschland-Edition, die schneller fährt, aber einen Schalter hat, der vor der Grenze umgelegt werden muss, und dessen Einstellung vom Fahrtenschreiber aufgezeichnet wird.

DAS war mal wieder ein Unwetter, das seinen Namen verdient hat. Regen wird von extremen Böen an die Fenster gepeitscht bis Wasser reindrückt, Hagel, Blitze in so schneller Abfolge dass es keinen Donner mehr gibt sondern nur ein durchgehendes Grollen. Sah toll aus!

Last day of vacation! We just did a small walk to our local hill. The clouds in the south look pretty grey, while it looked nice in the north.
