Loooong bike ride, then dinner out with my wife at Evie’s Bakery. One of my favorite spots — that kind of funky, eclectic, indie restaurant you can always walk in and find a table.
Great food, but the desserts, and particularly the cakes (they don’t call it Evie’s Entrees… 😉) are fantastic. Been working our way through the different flavors over time.

On a whim, I went to the Royal Festival Hall to see Bruce Liu playing Ravel. Pretty cool. He makes the fiendishly difficult appear entirely effortless.
I think last time I went there, I was a callow youth. It's bigger than I remember!

A broad stage is flanked by audience boxes sticking out of the walls like the Star Wars senate. On the stage some musicians are preparing. Not the whole orchestra, just the woodwind and a few cellos. A huge organ fills the far wall behind the stage.

I had a medium distance/degree cousin who wrote two - yes two! - episodes for this TV series...
And if you listen closely to various episodes you will recognize the voice of the Billionaire John Berrisford Tipton as someone who moonlights for narration jobs on old Disney films or was Orson Wells.

Manche Aussagen sind positiv oder negativ zu bewerten abhängig davon welche Person oder welches Geschlecht diese spricht. Zum Beispiel „Ich mag den Joker Film” heißt etwas komplett anderes abhängig davon ob eine Person damit meint, dass sie die Kritik des Films versteht oder sich von der kritisierten Person bestätigt fühlt.
