Athena apparently knows exactly how many treats she’s supposed to get, while my dad’s old home movies proved a little less cooperative. Between updating my genealogy site and repairing a broken 8mm film, it was a surprisingly busy quiet week.

Meanwhile, I upgraded my genealogy site and managed to break one of Dad’s old 8mm films during digitization. Fortunately, it broke at a splice, and I found a clever way to repair it.

Russia says it has found the bodies of five foreign climbers
– believed to be Bosnian
