We studied the superconductivity of high-entropy Hf-Nb-Ta-Ti-Zr alloy films affected by structural order. While films deposited from the same target on a substrate with a room temperature are amorphous, and if superconducting, only at temperatures below 1.9 K, films deposited on a substrate with a temperature of 740 $^o$C and 630 $^o$C are superconducting with a critical temperature of 6.61 K and 6.63 K, respectively. We study the behaviour of edge states in Rice-Mele model with Hubbard interaction, U , at half-filling using density matrix renormalization group, exact diagonalization and effective charge dynamics in Kumar representation. We investigated the superconducting (SC) properties of Ta-Nb-Hf-Zr-Ti high-entropy alloy (HEA) thin films with 0.5% weight C additives. The C additives stabilize the structural properties and enhance the SC critical properties, including $μ_0$Hc$_2$ (13.45 T) and Tc (7.5 K). The reflectance of the C-added HEA film is enhanced in the low-energy region, resulting in a higher optical conductivity, which is consistent with the lower electrical resistivity.
