Sie hatten an der polnisch-russischen Grenze Geflüchteten Hilfe angeboten und wurden dafür angeklagt. Nun wurden die Helfer freigesprochen.

Ich mag am Internet, dass man interessante Phänomene von Menschen #lernen kann, die wirklich für ihr Thema brennen.
Am Beispiel von Dr Geoff Lindsey zum Thema Linguistik und Phonetik. Auf den ersten Blick irrelevant, macht es mich doch für die kleinen Dinge in der Sprache aufmerksam.

Man, I'm a sucker for history but this was *fascinating*.
It's shocking how far things fall in America from their apogee. This is close to Gary, Indiana which at one point was the world's biggest manufacturing hub, and now has literal trees growing out of the gorgeous old buildings.
Next time I'm passing that way I'm gonna see if I can find this.
