The best microcontroller thing I did last year was build this little kit that fits in a 3D printed rugged box and covers close to 90% of things I need to deal with for the products I sell & support.
I can easily throw it in my bag when I'm on the road, otherwise it sits on my desk where I can quickly grab it to test something.

The feeling when you find the root cause for a problem that has been bothering you for months. And it turns out to be fixable by adding a single letter. (To turn an "unsigned long" literal into an "unsigned long long" one.) (Actually I made it use the UINT64_C() macro from <cstdint>.)
Writing portable code is hard. And thanks, Windows, for keeping "long" as 32 bits even in 64-bit code.

#Fediverse is amazing, less than 24 hours after I posted this and @peertube is only €223 from the penultimate target with 30 hours to go.
Not taking any credit for that, but happy to see a chord has been struck for all genuine surveillance-capital-free social media. Even more important in the time of #NoKings.
Looks like I'm going to be busy making #Science videos on #ClimateChange in the #Polar Regions too for the next few weeks.
