What is it that makes something a "struggle meal"? The fact that the ingredients are inexpensive? The fact that the ingredients are readily available and easy to work with (cans you probably already have in the pantry rather, no frozen items you have to defrost)? The fact that the dish itself is easy to prepare (only needs one pan, or can be made just in a toaster)? Or something else?

In August, the Georgia Museum of Art welcomed Lily Herne as a Museum Shop associate. In this position, she oversees cycle counting, restocks popular items and provides support and assistance to customers visiting the shop. Herne found her introduction to the museum as an employee very welcoming. She said, “It felt like being ushered onto a large ship where everyone from all decks says, ‘Welcome aboard,’ and they mean it.”
