In Windows 11's Kernel32.dll (well, KernelBase.dll) the check for "twain_32.dll" is still there. I wonder when it was the first time that thing was put there.

Decompilation of the function LoadLibraryA from Windows 11 Kernelbase.dll showing that it still has a patch to properly load the library "twain_32.dll". Signal Messenger is warning that Recall, the AI tool rolling out in Windows 11 that will screenshot, index, and store everything a user does every three seconds, poses a risk to its users.
