There's some time management guy on LinkedIn posting that, on average, we get 4,000 weeks on this planet. He lists a number of activities and how many weeks that represents, including 34 weeks on the toilet and 666 weeks if you spend 4 hours a day doom scrolling.
There are some calculation issues here. I didn't doom scroll for the 1st 30 years of my life because the internet didn't exist, and now I doom scroll on the toilet to increase my #Productivity. So I'm outliving most of you who are reading this.

Okay, I think I'm done with the `dice-roller` code for the time being. It now supports two different "methods" for weighting dice, and I even documented all of the methods. Lot of fun to write, and it should make it into the `pathfinder2e-tui` program over the next week.
Also, very certain this is technically a dice rolling language at this point.

Granddaughter is visiting this weekend, without her parents giving them a break. We are off to Barrie's waterfront splash park near Centennial Beach. It's basically a series of bouncy castles on the water connected by slides and bridges. Thankfully, our youngest daughter is chaperoning the granddaughter because I could not keep up with a 9 year old.

So, I think I'm done for the evening. Managed to get the dice roller working as intended with the `lark` parser which is a Christmas miracle. I'll clean it up tomorrow and make it look a bit better code-wise, but I'm pretty happy it does what it says it does. I'll probably roll this into the Pathfinder 2E TUI character sheet.

Okay, _now_ I'm done. Fixed a few parser errors and implemented a skew option (the `^` value) that will push the average value towards either 1 or the maximum of the dice. I like that once you get the parser up and running that it's easy to add stuff to it. I now am the official owner of a completely overkill dice running program.

Moment mal, meine Mutter hat ja Enkel UND Glasfaser... ich bin da irgendwas auf der Spur.

Seit ich von der Existenz von Glasfaseranschlüssen weiss will ich einen und trage mich in jedes Formular / Voranmeldung bei jedem Anbieter dazu ein. Aber ist leider leider an meinem Standort noch nicht verfügbar.

Die einzige Möglichkeit sich irgendwie zu äußern ist eine Rezension zu schreiben und daher sieht man auch in den Rezensionen dann immer wieder 1-Sterne Reviews wo drin steht "Produkt kam kaputt an", aber ich habe ja nichts zum Buch zu sagen, sondern zu einer Logistik die offensichtlich beschädigte Artikel in das "kann als neu verkauft werden" Regal tut... Das ist so kaputt.

Amazon ist so eine Müllhalde ... Ich hab das Buch hier bestellt, weil naja, günstig halt und ich brauchte eh noch was um Versandkosten zu sparen. Fehler. Kommt an: verschmutzt, 1. Seite eingeknickt, Ecken abgestoßen.
Einzige Option ist der allgemeine Kanal "Rücksendung" Erstattung / Ersatz.
Die wollen nichts hören dazu. "Gefällt mir doch nicht" ist das Gleiche wie "ihr habt Mist gebaut". Es ist einfach egal.

In geometry we call something 'generic' if there is nothing special about the situation. For example, 3 generic points in the plane don't lie on a single straight line. If they do, that's special because most 3 points don't.
Now if you prove a theorem only for the generic situation, you have proved it in a special case because you did not prove it for the special cases. 🤯
