The article is from a few years ago, but the problem still persists. The Robert Roberson case in Texas is a perfect example. "Everybody knows" that shaken baby syndrome kills kids. But the reality is that the science isn't settled. But it's painfully difficult to break the throttlehold that some things have on the court system.

Got my #Fairphone running /e/OS , a deGoogled Android OS.
I took a bit of a gamble, as I wasn't sure all the apps I really need would run. Turns out they do, including the Nordea ID app.
It is usable as a daily driver.
/e/OS looks clean and uncluttered too.
