I had this thought that in spending 6 days walking over 20,000 steps a day in cities in northern Italy.. I might actually lose some weight.
Instead I gained most of four pounds. 😱
I *did* do all that walking… but along the way there was all that glorious gelato! And the sumptuous cannolis! And the delicious biscotti!
And… did I mention all that gelato?? 🍨🤣😋

I am glad that British Columbia is making this change to stop the annual time changes and just stick with one time zone. I wish we in the U.S. would just do this, too. I don’t hold out much …
