It's #WaterfallWednesday and this one came to my mind. You might see a nice waterfall. I spent 3h there. Really! In hindsight I didn't know where all the time went but I enjoyed seeing the #waterfall from all kinds of angles and shutter speeds.

@… Najgorszy jest pierwszy miesiąc, potem jakoś leci... Na początku roku z żoną leczyliśmy zapalenia żołądka i SIBO - dieta nisko FODMAP'owa, przerwy 3h po posiłkach, tylko jedzenie zatwierdzone przez dietetyka. Gorsze to było i tak zrezygnowanie z cukru niż niepodjadanie.

Najważniejsze w niebyciu głodnym było zbilansowanie posiłku …
