Seit 1. Oktober 2025 müssen Betreiber jährlich mindestens 2.500 Euro pro Megawatt an die Kommune zahlen. Möglich sind auch

Sachsen-Anhalt beschließt Akzeptanz- und Beteiligungsgesetz für Windkraft und Photovoltaik
Ab dem 1. Oktober müssen Betreiber von Photovoltaik-Freiflächenanlagen jährlich mindestens 2500 Euro je Megawatt an die Standortgemeinde abführen. Repowering-Anlagen sind ebenfalls betroffen. Die Beteiligung kann auch durch Bürgerstromtarife erfolgen.
