Making progress on the FPGA debug platform.
The 8b10b ILA is at minimum-functional status now although I still need to add more configuration for triggers. But it does *work* (currently it triggers on any character other than a K28.5 in the low byte lane) and you can adjust trigger position etc.
The VIO is pretty much done, I might tweak the ngscopeclient side UI a bit but I see no reason for fundamental changes elsewhere in the stack.
