Climate scientists and meteorologists are sounding the alarm after White House budget director Russell Vought announced the Trump administration will break up the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado, known as NCAR. “He is executing the playbook of Project 2025,” says Michael Mann, scientist and co-author of Science Under Siege.
