Good progress - I'm able to read and write 32-bit APB registers over the debug UART, find a ROM table describing the locations of debug IPs on the bus, and print out the descriptors.
This is running on a Ti375 but should be portable to basically any FPGA.
The next step will be to bring up a SCPI server …
