Read James OBrien's "How They Broke Britain" in which he names the ten people he blames most for how screwed up everything is now and dedicates a chapter to each of their various corrupt shenanigans.
A fairly brief and bitter read, the villains here are mostly indeed villainous and their corruption and malevolence is clearly described.
Have some issues with his chapter on Corbyn and the lack of any confutation of OBrien''s own bit-part role in the mass smearing of Corbyn and the Labour party during his time, but it's certainly true that Corbyn (and more importantly the reactions to him) was a big part of the whole processes that lead Britain to the terrible situation it's in now.
Felt like I already knew just how terrible all these people are but probably a good summary for anyone who's clueless and wants to understand how we broke this country.

How normal people watch #anime:
1. Fetch a random version and watch it.
How I watch anime:
1. Find a particularly good quality version and fetch it.
2. Discover that subtitles are HDMV PGS, and my TV probably can't handle that. Try writing a 5-minute sample to my pendrive to confirm, and check whether video and audio work fine.
3. Discover that my TV can't handle exFAT. Try again with NTFS.
4. Video and audio work fine, subtitles don't. Look for other subtitles.
5. Discover that the other subtitles don't sync well with my video. Try to find matching subtitles.
6. Give up and resync the previous subtitles instead. Remux a 5-minute sample to my pendrive.
7. The sample worked fine. Remux the whole movie to the pendrive.
8. Get an I/O error. Reconnect the pendrive to a different USB port and try again.
9. Discover that you've connected it to a slow port. Abort and try again.
10. Discover that the movie lags now. Perhaps it's because the file is large. Try splitting it by chapter. Use mpv to confirm that subtitles adjust fine to the split version.
11. Discover that the movie still lags. Try rebooting the TV.
12. The movie plays smoothly now. However, the TV can't handle subtitles from the second file. Remux as a single file again.
13. Watch the movie. Discover that it starts lagging again at end credits.
14. Watch the end credits on the PC.

We cover rational and integer solutions for the equations $\mathbf{x^y = y^x}$ and $\mathbf{x^y y^x = v^w w^v}$. The former equation solutions go back to Euler, and the latter equation solutions appear to be new. Another definitely new related topic is application of VPV identities to give transforms of infinite products from our solutions. The present paper is essentially chapter 28 of the author's book appearing in June 2024.

Richard Arnold Epstein (1927-2016) published the first edition of "The Theory of Gambling and Statistical Logic" in 1967. He introduced some material on round-robin tournaments (complete oriented graphs) with n labeled vertices in Chapter 9; in particular, he stated, without proof, that the probability that there is a unique vertex with the maximum score tends to 1 as n tends to infinity. Our object here is to give a proof of this result along with some historical remarks and comments.
