Does the US have the capacity to negotiate trade agreements with 140 countries simultaneously? Alright, call it 110 because the EU covers 28 states in one go. But still. That's a lot of meeting rooms, a lot of coffee, and lot of PowerPoint. And a lot of trade wonks, they'll be pulling kids in off the streets and telling them they're now in charge of talks with, say, Chile, or Thailand, or the UAE.
