Technical implementation is, in essence:
On click, send `zwlr_foreign_toplevel_handle_v1.close()` to the compositor (politely requesting the application to an hero).
Then, resolve the PID from `/proc` by matching `app_id`,, then send **SIGTERM** (or **SIGKILL** if launched…

It’s not realistic to ask people to *never* click a link in email. We’ve got 30 years of experience with that advice not working because MUA developers have never stopped making links active & aggressively looking for anything in email that might be a link, regardless of URL conformance. That’s why SpamAssassin treats so many non-URLs as if they are URLs. Users will click clickable things. Telling them not to do so is unreasonable.

Scanning the indexes stalls for 30 to sixty seconds just about every click. When I rebuild the documentation indexes after a release now takes several days where Foxit did it in an hour. And that is on a gigabit network. When on VPN it takes a full five days.

Scroll. You don’t have to read anything. Just scroll.
Every once in a while, click on an ad — but not the top ad. Make it the second in the list on the side, or one far down your feed. You can open it in a background tab and then close the tab. Tell the model it didn’t •quite• get you right — but you’re engaged, it just needs to drift a little further from who it thinks you are.
Wait for the ads to update. Repeat. And repeat. Watch the model degrade.
