We study deformations of geometric structures on some LVM manifolds of complex dimension $3$. More precisely, we study resonant structures, a particular type of $(G,X)$-structures, via the Ehresmann-Thurston principle, and their link with the deformation of the complex structure of the LVM manifold in the sense of Kodaira, Spencer and Kuranishi. We show that any locally planar tropical curve $Γ\subset \mathbb{R}^n$ (with unit edge weights) can be realized as the limit of the rescaled moment map images of a family of special Lagrangian submanifolds in $T^*T^n$ with respect to the Euclidean structure. This is based on a gluing construction that matches special Lagrangian local models to the combinatorics of $Γ$, thereby establishing a direct link between tropical geometry and special Lagrangian geometry.

On Steenrod squares for even and odd Khovanov homology
For an arbitrary link $L \subset S^3$ , Sarkar-Scaduto-Stoffregen construct a family of spatial refinements of even and odd Khovanov homology. We give a computation of $\text{Sq}^2$ on these spaces, determining their stable homotopy types for all knots K up to 11 crossings. We also prove that the Steenrod squares $\text{Sq}_0^2$ , $\text{Sq}_1^2$ defined by Schütz do arise as Steenrod squares on these spaces.
