今朝方、長めのメンテナンス（約20分の停止）を行った影響か、misskey,ioからのアクティビティ（投稿などの配送）が届かなくなっているようですね。
誰かがブーストしたり返信したり引用した投稿は、こちらから取得しにいくので見えています。
misskey.ioは、ダウンしているサーバの検出と対処が早いので、割と良くある現象です。そのうち復帰すると思いますが、困っている方はmisskey.io側に働きかけて頂ければ対応が早くなるかもしれません。
