In Gaziantep round when I was 8 I briefly had an old ipod and as a present mom bought me an itunes album with 100 different instrumental only video game songs but she didnt know anything it was actually all 90s sounding midi covers of the original songs and they deleted it off my ipod after looking up what "resident evil" was

10 years and a few days ago, I was running a DIY Synth workshop with STM32F7 dev boards in our kitchen in North London... Still have ~10 of these boards.
Here are also two videos (live performances) of some softsynths (some with MIDI via USB support) which we built in these workshops (I did quite a few of those in that year)...

Turned out to be exactly what I wanted! Great sounding wah, clean or into gain, easy push to activate, nice bright LEDs. Can customize to tone down the resonant spike, and switch wah to a warmer freq range. Great taper in both wah and volume modes. Nice grippy surface, super solid build, lightweight. And does midi expression! Sleeper MVP pedal...

project idea (possibly using AI): record a take of songs from old sheet music books
Starting with something like the Grange book of sheet music below and record them ... Apparently the music can get to midi via Play Score 2, and other programs can could sing the lyrics.
or better yet, if anyone wants to perform the songs and upload them to the archive, you could link it into a review of the book.

FAFO-ing in the iOS app Loopy Pro, which is what I use to create midi controls on the iPad. Here I have used an XY controller widget to control delay mix/feedback.
We will see how fiddly that is in the heat of battle, but if it works I might do the same with reverb mix/decay.
The joke might be on me however; in iPadOS26 grabbing anything near the edge will resize the app 🤣😩

Finally. Thanks to the unbelievably flexible configuration options that Morningstar Engineering offer with their controllers, I was able to use their iOS editor app to correctly configure the 2 1/4 inch midi out ports to the different requirements of the Keeley and Meris pedals.
The little Chase Bliss distro box you see with the 3 outs only offers 2 non-standard options out of the four that are commonly implemented by different pedal manufacturers.

This is it! 2026 board. Don't see myself swapping anything out. Analog signal never gets converted again post-wireless. Can be played ad-hoc, or with extremely specific programming. Don't know of any pedals that have the same combo of attributes—inspiring sounds, ease of use, audio fidelity, midi flexibility, genre flexibility.

The Meris Polymoon is—by far—the best delay pedal I've ever come across, both sonically and in terms of feature set. Audio is absolutely pristine, the analog signal remains unaltered throughout, and as well as nailing basic tones there are no end to the creative possibilities. You can create presets, and you can run the whole thing via midi if you need to.
