You sometimes see Government TDs pointing out that Ireland isn’t unique in the world in having a housing crisis. But this graph in today’s Financial Times shows just how extreme ours is compared to the places elsewhere, which also describe themselves as a in a housing crisis.

Broadly speaking, almost ever painting ever made is a work of art.
Photography made things much, much easier - you just need to be where what you want to photograph is - and perhaps one photo in a million is a true work of art.
GenAI made things even easier - you don't even to be there.
I don't think we'll ever see a true work of art from it.
