My neighbor has a dog that barks constantly day and night.
They leave it in their back patio which faces the side of our house.
Day and night I get to hear the high pitch constant barking. Occasionally I sic the county on them who tells them they cannot leave it back there yipping.
They bring it inside for a few days then its back out again as they can't stand it barking either but he is attached to the damn thing.
