South Australia is getting a major energy upgrade.
Engie and Sungrow just broke ground on the Pelican Point battery storage system—a massive 200MW/400MWh facility that'll power over 29,400 homes while stabilizing the renewable-rich grid.

My brother brought over an old Flir sensor. Once I get a card in it I will share pictures. Hopefully I can find the cold spots in my house and know where to focus my attention.

We went for a walk. I saw a pelican gliding along on the lake. Wasn't fast enough to get close enough for a photo before he sailed around a corner. But took these on the way home. Just a short walk in suburbia. Canberra views really are delightful.
