From Monday onwards the Icelandic postal service will be severely limiting the types of parcels that can be sent to the US. The same goes for quite a few European countries. The reason is because of the way Trump's new tariffs are structured.
Evidently a lot of extra work is supposed to be carried out by the postal service in each country. I can't really describe what the problem is, mostly the new system seems confusing and is likely in breach of international agreements.

Postal services of several European countries will suspend sending parcels to the USA from August 29th. The American customs service apparently doesn't have a system in place to deal with tariffs on individual postal parcels which are to be imposed from that date onwards.

Hey, America, I'm quite disappointed with you.
All my life I'd been told you had no credible gun controls and damn near everyone was packing, yet in all the 7 months so far I have seen only ONE video of a bystander dig a pistol from her purse and shoot an active ICE agent in the kneecap as he attempted to abduct a woman. At least I hope it was the kneecap, probably not, she looked like she knew what she was doing.
