Igår klarade jag av det muntliga och praktiska provet för självtestning av PK/INR (hur snabbt mitt blod koagulerar) för Waran-patienter. Detta efter fyra dubbelprov (testning på både vårdcentral - venöst - och hemma - kapillärt - med värden som inte skiljer sig mer än 0,3 punkter).

Det är stort, och fantastiskt skönt, för nu slipper jag springa till vårdcentralen var tredje vecka eller oftare. Jag gör allt hemma själv, inklusive dosering.

Changing the name to mangowm almost kept me from using it. Looking forward to a geek-out with maomao (the original name) today. From what I read it can combine tiling and scrolling. A short compile on Slackware was a piece of cake; advantage of the kitchensink is that all prerequisites are already installed.

My morning so far has been spent disassembling the tumble dryer and vacuuming everything in sight. A suspicious burning smell led to us pulling the big red lever earlier!
It has been running for 10 minutes now, and so far, so good. We'll be watching the dryer with great interest the next few times we're using it..
