I run Testing on Slackware and I see some Xorg drivers being replaced with Xlibre ones (Wacom, AMD GPU). What's the bigger picture here? Oh, and let's put that out there prior: I have zero interest in unfounded ranting allegations, except my own's. Is Slackware moving to Xlibre?

So fellow #slackware users (I know we have a few of you on the fediverse), what are you installing on new machines these days. Still 15.0 or are you all moving to -current?
My main work machine on 15.0 is fine but I am thinking of setting up a new machine and 15.0 feels a little old now. I sometimes have to spend longer upgrading a bunch of stuff when I need a new version of one pack…

Minor update of the sundries this weekend, only Librewolf gets updated to 1.56. Curious minds will have seen though I added version 0.16 of Zig to the collection last week 😎 Enjoy and be careful out there!

One KDE and one Slackware tilers box are the 'production' kits here, I spend around 80% of my time there. Fedora 45 beta, Arch, TuxedoOS? Enough to choose from. First the slackosundries, updating some Slackware pkgs!
