A shower thought I had about #capitalism is that one of the reasons why it seems so resistant against revolution is because the system keeps people too busy, and is self-enforcing.
We need to pay rent, food, etc, which means we need to keep making money, just for our survival. And if we try to escape that system, it's not just the state and the police coming for us, but our fellow cit…

Random shower thought:
I find interesting that there are so many nice commercial frontend "themes/templates" yet so few (or none) commercial backend "templates".
Note: I don't classify "frameworks" as such, the same way I don't consider React or jQuery as belonging to the same category of frontend templates.
Also, PaaS do not count either, as customers don't retain full control of "their" systems.
