Gee, ATT - this paragon of responsibility - wants to use a diesel generator as emergency back u p- creating noise and air quality issues on a regular because it needs to be tested on a regular basis.
AND SF has an all-electric new construction ordinance - why shouldn't that apply here? (yes, I get the ordinance applies to buildings and this isn't a building - legal quibbles to allow big corps to do damage, rather than the right thing.)
