Gotta have the kid over eventually to fully take advantage of that one. The graphics are crispy on this thing, and the screen is quite a bit bigger. And a rounded charger base. 😂😂

Writing firmware on my first laptop, for the PIC12F683 (the first microcontroller I ever used), on my first embedded project ever (robotic rubber band gun turret) freshman year of college, bodged together on perf board.
The UART and servo PWM were both bitbanged because the PIC12F683 didn't have any UARTs and I hadn't learned how to use the timer block yet.
@jake4480@c.imPlayed some of the demo of @…'s Pyrotoad - it's a total blast. Precision puzzle platformer - tough but do-able. Very challenging, really satisfying once you figure it out. Currently in biome 2, level 1- wow. That's the last pic here. Tough as hell. But fun! Try out the demo - the full game is out November 3.
