Well, a little success, a little failure.
The box with a NeoPixel matrix on the back and a USB battery inside (and a microcontroller) works great!
But I did not bungee it to the bike rack so it flew off, hit the road, the lid broke off, and the MIK adapter also broke.
I bungee corded it into place and it's good now... but the box is busted so I'll have to come up with another solution.

We consider modified Laplacian matrices of graphs, obtained by adding the identity matrix to the Laplacian matrix $L_G$ of a graph $G$. This results in a positive definite matrix $\tilde{L}_G$. The inverse of $\tilde{L}_G$ is a doubly stochastic matrix. The goal of this paper is to investigate this inverse matrix and how it depends on properties of the underlying graph $G$. That's the point: stop private cars driving into the city. You can't just go on driving like you have before, and much much more needs doing.to give back the city to pedestrians.

In this paper, we {\it find} the Finsler structure of the Apollonian weak metric on the open unit disc in $\mathbb{R}^2$, which turns out to be a Randers type Finsler structure and we call it as Apollonian weak-Finsler structure. In fact the Apollonian weak-Finsler structure is the deformation of the hyperbolic Poincaré metric in the unit disc by a closed $1$-form.
