OH: I have a Home Warranty. You pay them a monthly premium, then when something breaks, you pay them a flat fee. Then the technician diagnoses the problem, and the company finds a reason why your plan doesn't cover that. Feels like American insurance in a nutshell.

So, Gableman's argument is that if he isn't allowed to pick which judges hear his case, it is a violation of due process? I don't think that is the way the law is meant to work.
