The US OMB recently published a new logging reference architecture M-26-14 replacing 2021's M-21-31.
I'm not familiar enough with CISA and the bureaucracy to confidently provide a useful analysis, but the two different memorandums are noticeably different that I'm sure someone with more familiarity could say something interesting about the potential consequences, positive or negative.

Génocide au Rwanda : la commission Duclert conclut à une faillite militaire et politique de la France de 1990 à 1994
Le groupe de chercheurs sur le Rwanda, réuni par Emmanuel Macron pour étudier le rôle de la France, a remis son rapport au président le 26 mars. Il conclut à « un ensemble de responsabilités, lourdes et accablantes », au sein de l’Etat français. Mais il écarte l’idée d’une complicité de génocide.
