A study published in 2021 presented cuttlefish with a new version of the "marshmallow test",
and the results showed there's more going on in their strange little brains than we ever suspected.
Their ability to learn, anticipate future rewards, and adapt their behavior, the researchers said,
may have evolved to give cuttlefish an edge in the cutthroat eat-or-be-eaten marine world they live

"A 2021 report from Chainalysis revealed that in 2019 about 2.1% of all crypto transactions accounted went into criminal activity, or roughly $21.4 billion in transaction volumes. Meanwhile, the UN estimates that between 2% and 5% of global GDP (that is between $1.6 and $4 trillion in fiat currency) goes into illicit financing/money laundering every year. To paint a clearer picture, criminal activity using fiat currencies is 160 times more than its crypto counterpart."

Carney has announced LNG Canada will be expanded to its full potential. It will produce as much GHG emissions as 75% of the entirety of the province of British Columbia does right now. Yes, that's right. BC produced 61 million tons of GHGs in 2021, LNG Canada will produce 46 million tons at full power.
I am glad communities and health professionals are demanding a full inventory of the health impacts of this infrastructure. I hope that will also include the directly attributed heating from this plant to the increase in likelihood for wildfires, heat waves, and all the rest with all those health impacts across BC and the globe.
This is a gigantic project. Canada is a gigantic Climate Problem.
