Die Antwort ist einfach: die Schein-Klimaanlagen sind schlicht komplett wirkungslos. In Wahrheit sind es Ventilatoren, die mit knapp 150€ viel zu teuer verkauft werden. Zur Zeit wird massiv dafür im Internet Werbung gemacht und viele Hitzegeplagte fallen darauf rein.
