⏰ "Remind me in 20m" or "check every 2h" turns into a real cron entry that wakes up the exact same Codex session later and delivers the message as a continuation of the original task.
🐑 HerdR does the hard part: it resolves the pane that currently runs that session ID, so the reminder lands back in the original conversation instead of some fresh context.
