- Bedienung gängiger Feldversuchstechnik, landwirtschaftlicher Technik und Traktoren
- Bewirtschaftung der Versuchsflächen unter anderem durch Nutzung von Precision Farming
- Mitarbeit bei der Anlage und Betreuung von Feld- und Modellversuchen (Ausmessen und Einfluchten von Versuchen, Bodenbearbeitung, Düngen, Aussaat, Durchführung von Ernten/Zwischenernten und Bodenprobenentnahmen nach Einweisung in den Versuchsplan)
- Veranlassung von TÜV und UVV-Prüfungen
- Reparaturabwicklung mit Werkstätten
- Pflegearbeiten im Gelände und in Versuchen außerhalb von Bad Lauchstädt
- Pflanzenschutz
- Mitbetreuung des Fuhrparks (Wartung und Instandhaltung der Landtechnik, Reinigung, Winterfestmachung)
