Oh, #Aldi hat wohl diesen Monat den Lieferanten für ihre Haferdrinks gewechselt. Statt von Mona Naturprodukte (AT) kommt es jetzt von DE-VAU-GE Gesundkostwerk (DE). Geschmacklich kommt bei der Hafer-Mandel-Variante die Mandel mehr durch. Inhalt ist ähnlich, etwas mehr Allergene möglich. Neu dazu gekommen ist ein Bio-Siegel. Nachteil: MHD ist im Schnitt etwa 3 Monate kürzer.

Getränkekartons MyVay Bio Hafer-Drink Mandel. Die alte Packung ist in einem Orange-Braun gehalten, nie neue in einem Rot-Braun mit mehr Deko-Elementen.

Teile des Malerweges verlaufen durch dichten Wald oder #Schluchten. Selbst bei 30 Grad ist es dort angenehm kühl. Es ist dennoch ratsam, an heißen Tagen zeitig mit der Tour zu starten.

Schmaler, unregelmäßiger Pfad aus flachen Steinplatten zieht sich durch einen lichten Buchenwald mit hohen, glatten Stämmen; am Boden liegen herbstlich wirkende, braune Laubschichten und vereinzelt Moosbewuchs. Went to La’ Shukran for the first time last night and both the cocktails (especially with arak) and the food were fantastic.

A pink hued cocktail on a brass colored bar with a bunch of mint. The cocktail has arak and tequila and sumac. Very refreshing.
A cocktail in a low goblet. The cocktail is golden in color and has blended scotch whisky and arak, a combo which was amazing.
A plate of escargot on a bed of hummus. The snails are covered in a green herb and garlic sauce. I can’t stop thinking about how good this was.
Leg of lamb kibbeh nayeh. Traditionally this is made with lamb and burgul and spices, but here it takes on a more traditional tartare style with mustard seeds and an egg yolk. The plate is covered with a crispy bread.

In Amsterdam daalde het aantal verkeersongevallen met 11 procent sinds de stad anderhalf jaar geleden grotendeels veranderde in een 30-kilometerzone. Maar dit goede nieuws wordt overschaduwd door zorgen over het groeiende ratjetoe aan ‘rare’ voertuigen op het fietspad.

In some ways a government paying by a subscription for a missile defense service has been inevitable since Reagan started the mission to Privatize Literally Everything.
The government will own nothing, and be happy.
States must do only one thing: Pay money to rich people to get them to do the things.
The idea of Reagan's Star Wars returning is pretty crazy in itself. That launching all those satellites would massively enrich the government's biggest donor is mostly just pretty typical corruption.
But having the government pay to rent it out is just amazing. 🧑‍🍳 💋
Hey, if Russia and China outbid America during the hour they were launching the missiles, that's just the free market!
Never really even know if it works without being attacked, but the rich owners get to extract the wealth from it all the same.
Rentierism? In this economy?

My neighbor's yard.

An explosion of plants: fir trees in the background, smaller trees, various bushes, uncut grass with a big patch of white dandelions ready to spread their seeds in the wind. It is nearly sunset. The sky is golden and purple and the light from the Sun is burning the pixels as it shines from beneath the trees. One can also notice an old wooden fence, partially visible through the greenery and some gray, old remnants of some wooden thing. It is not clear if anything in the photo is in focus.
