Eu falto tanto Š academia/Pilates que hoje, que completei duas sessões seguidas do Pilates/Academia, jš estou me sentindo "o atleta" rs.

Maybe write to the editor to ask what's up before pulling your article because things aren't going as fast as you'd like. Peer review takes a while, everyone's overworked (including the people who've already put in the work and wrote a review), and you're not any more important than anyone else. Academia is constantly finding new ways to disappoint.

O sono hoje jogou minha produtividade lš pra baixo: fiz só 67,1% do planejado. Eu tenho que tomar cuidado, desse jeito as tarefas vão começar a acumular. Mas ter conseguido ir pra academia/Pilates ainda me faz fechar este dia com uma sensação boa. Precisa melhorar muito, mas dš pra perceber uma tendência neste sentido.

O planejado para hoje eram 50 minutos de Pilates seguidos por 30 minutos de academia. Tive dificuldades para acordar no horšrio e acabei me atrasando, então foram só 35 minutos de Pilates. Compensei isto vindo a pé pra casa, considerando esta caminhada como um exercício de 5 minutos. No total, ainda fiquei devendo 10 minutos de exercícios, mas pelo menos saí do zero. Poderia/deveria ser melhor, mas não foi um resultado ruim não.

Pro tip: don't give the office next to the elevators to the faculty member who no one has seen on campus for the better part of a decade. And, if the movers just dumped his stuff in the middle of the office, say in 2018, it's not too late to have someone put it away or at least hang a curtain over the window from the hall.

Hoje voltei ao Pilates/Academia depois de um longo tempo sem ir. Fiz 70 minutos de exercícios, ao invés dos 80 previamente planejados, mas ter conseguido ir jš foi uma vitória. Agora é ver se consigo manter a meta de três vezes por semana.
